Our President proudly hoists the national flag, and we come together to distribute food, sweets, and chocolates to people from all walks of life. The joyous occasion becomes truly memorable as we witness a large gathering of attendees united in honoring our nation’s independence.
International Women’s Day
Every March 8th, we celebrate International Women’s Day with special programs that honor women’s achievements and advocate for gender equality. We arrange discussions, workshops, and guest speakers to empower participants to recognize ongoing challenges and inspire positive change. Our initiatives foster awareness and encourage students to become advocates for equality, helping to create a more just and equitable society for all.
Republic Day
Republic Day is a significant occasion to celebrate. On January 26th, this occasion honours the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1950. We at Basirhat Initiative for Rural Dedication observe this day with a gathering where our President hoists the national flag. We share sweets and engage local children in cultural performances, fostering a spirit of patriotism and unity. This day reflects India’s commitment to democracy and the core values enshrined in our Constitution.
World Day Against Trafficking in Persons
On World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, July 30th, we conduct awareness programs aimed at educating and informing communities about the dangers of trafficking. Through these initiatives, we raise awareness and empower individuals to recognize and combat trafficking, creating a safer and more vigilant society. Our efforts focus on providing vital information, resources, and support to help communities understand the signs of trafficking and take proactive measures to protect themselves and others.
